• Information you give us. When you send a message through our contact form, email or call us, or message us on Facebook Messenger, we receive what you share, such as your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write to us about a puppy.
• Reservation and payment information. Deposits are paid through Stripe, and financing, if you choose it, is offered through Klarna. Your card or bank details are entered on their secure pages and are not collected or stored by us. We receive a confirmation that includes details such as your name, email address, and the amount paid.
• Automatic information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on our website, and we do not run targeted ads. We keep your information for as long as we need it to answer your inquiry, complete your reservation and the health guarantee period, and meet legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements. After that we delete it or keep it only in a form that does not identify you.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and payments run through secure, encrypted payment providers. No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may ask us to stop contacting you.
